How to Share a Folder with Dozens of Files on Google Drive

Sharing files on Google Drive is indeed very simple, especially for those of you who have a large number of files, of course, in uploading to Google Drive you can easily drag all the files you have and then share them one by one with links that have been automatically created by Google Drive.

Actually, you can use another way, namely by sharing all the files into one file so that users who search for these files do not need to open various links anymore, just 1 link then visitors will see dozens of files that you have shared, now how is the tutorial ? just follow the tutorial below :

Tutorial :

  1. In this first step, make sure you have created a folder on Google Drive.
  2. After that, enter the files that you want to share into the folder that you have created.
  3. Now here lies the trick, exit from inside the folder that you have created, then right-click the folder that you have created from outside, then here select "Share".
  4. After that a table box will appear, here click the "Restricted" writing. then another option will appear, now click the "Who has the link" option.
  5. Here click the "Copy Link" button.
  6. Now that you have got the link from the folder, here open any notepad or textbook. well after that paste it there. the goal is that the link from the folder that you have got on the google drive is not lost.
  7. Now open TinyURL here.
  8. Tinyurl's function is, to shorten the google drive folder link that you get, so that it is shorter and easier to remember.
  9. Now on the home page of the TinyURL website. paste the folder link that you got on the google drive into the column box that i marked the green box.

  10. After that, click the "Make TinyURL!" button.

  11. Wait a few seconds until the short link creation process is complete.

  12. Now if so, click the green "Copy" button to copy the small url that has been created.

  13. Here, paste the short link that you have copied into notepad.

Now you can use that short link if you want to share it, so whoever you want to share it with, you just have to type the short tinyurl url, and of course it's simpler than the long url provided by Google Drive which seems complicated.
